I have 20 years of work experience in the field of Health and Nutrition.

I have worked with several healthcare companies as a Senior Nutrition Consultant as well as a Manager.

So far, I have counselled many people and helped them with their diet and nutrition needs. 

Also I have knowledge about good health supplements that are available in the global market.

I truly believe that Health is Wealth and we should invest in achieving the best of health with balanced  diet, right lifestyle and atleast 30 min of daily physical activity /exercise / walk.

Adequate sleep is also must for hormone balance and gut health plays an important role in maintaining your good health and work-life balance.
