I started helping people with their diets and fitness goals some 20 years ago with my academic knowledge while simultaneously improving my skills with my work experience.
I was figuring out what was going wrong with their diets and lifestyle patterns.
I analyze people's way of living, eating patterns and suggest them the best solution to health problems, particularly related to their gut problems.
